Feature Request: Presets and Multiple Fan Criteria

I'm looking to definitely purchase this software because it's fantastic.
There are however a couple of Feature Requests that I have.
1- Presets - It would be nice to have four to six presets that could be easily and quickly switched to anytime I would like.
2- Multiple Fan control criteria. Besides constant speed and sensor based settings I would like to be able to set a fan to sensor based control but with a setting for a minimum fan RPM.
