Hi,

I have 2 problems,
1. When I bought the application i didn't receive a link by mail to activate Mac fan control or something like that. Is it normal ?
2. When I want to change the speed of the fans, I am prompted to give the password of the allowed user to manage the computer but nothing append ?

When Mac fan control starts with the session I am also prompted to enter my password but Mac fan control is not allowed to access MCF data.

Please find below some informations about my computer :

Macs Fan Control 1.4.7

MacBookPro9,1
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3720QM CPU @ 2.60GHz [105]
GPU: Intel HD Graphics 4000, NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M [active]
macOS 10.12.5

Fans:
Left side-min{2000}curr{2004}max{6200}mode{0}
Right side-min{2000}curr{1996}max{6200}mode{0}

1. MFC is a freeware, what you did is a donation.

2. Please move the app to the /Applications folder.

It's a joke, in the first link you included in your answer is written "buy" and at the top of the linked page is written "buy the app".
The verb to buy creates a commercial relationship between a provider and a client.
The subject field of the confirmation was "Your Order: Macs Fan Control [CRY170...]", of course it's a donation.

I must admit your solution is correct, I can now use the customized settings.
