I heard that improper setting of fan will possibly cause some damage for the computer hardware. So it's there any suggestion of how to set the sensor-based value in order to keep the computer not to hot but doesn't cause too much burden for fans at the same time?
p.s. my computer is 2017 version 13-inch Mbp with touch-bar

If you don't have problems with overheating, then you can leave it on Auto.
