Where is the help file, all I get is this empty document that says that navigation to the webpage was cancelled...

I need a link to download a help file or something, I can't go online every time I want to use it...

Dear sir,

The help file is always offline, all its contents is inside the 'UninstallToolHelp.chm' file
(in the program folder)
