Issue with Adobe programs

I uninstalled Adobe AIR via Uninstall Tool, after the uninstallation, it told me that it found remnants would I like to delete them, so I chose yes....then I noticed it wiping all the Adobe installation folders of Adobe Audition CS6, Adobe Photoshop CS6, and Adobe Bridge CS6....
Now when I went to launch Adobe Photoshop or any of the other Adobe programs, it seems like their entire folder was deleted
so I had to reinstall them from scratch
