Updating OS to Windows 7 - Cant't Unlock the trial version

Hi! I've upgraded my OS from Vista to Windows 7: now when I try to register my copy and restart it the program runs as a trial version....I tried to download the software adn re-install it but it doesn't work....can you help me?
