Will not work

I just purchased the Uninstall Tool, very excited about that, but I also bought the WinComponents since you offered a special deal. I had never seen it before, it looked great and I was *so* looking forward to using it.! I cannot get it to work, even though I ran it in past environments....
How do I get it to work????
