PC with multiple accounts and all users using the same software.

Uninstall tool will only delete the appdata folders etc for the current user that is uninstalling the software which leaves orphaned files and folders in the other user accounts.

Is there any way to prevent this?

I'm afraid no, because what if other user doesn't want to delete his app data files?
