You MacBook has only 1 fan so there's only one line in the list

I put another screenshot to explain what I mean (this is smcFanControl):

I would like to decide manually fan speed in a click, but if in the Macs Fan Control's icon menu I can only click on "Change control..."

And then I have to write every time the speed I want.
It would be possible to implement this feature?

P.S.
I would like to use "Macs Fan Control" instead of "smcFanControl"

Yes it's going to be implemented soon as a new feature called Profiles
