MacPro2,1 - Dual Quad CPU (8x) - Temp Sensors not correct

Ok I have a 2006 Original MacPro1,1 that I updated the CPU's, Firmware and SMC firmware, Details below:
The issue is that the fan control program controls the fans great, but the Sensors are not correct.
CPU Core2 just shows a "-" There is a Core 0 show that seems to match core 8 temp shown by "Hardware Monitor". How can the sensor's shown be modified?
Two Intel Xeon X5365 Quad Core @ 3GHz
More computer DETAILS:
Model Name: Mac Pro
Model Identifier: MacPro2,1 -->> Was MacPro1,1
Processor Name: Quad-Core Intel Xeon -->> Dual-Core Intel Xeon (Two Intel 5160 @ 3 GHz)
Processor Speed: 3 GHz
Number of Processors: 2
Total Number of Cores: 8 -->> Was 4
L2 Cache (per Processor): 8 MB
Bus Speed: 1.33 GHz
Boot ROM Version: MP21.007F.B06 -->> Was MP11.005C.B08
SMC Version (system): 1.15f3 -->> Was 1.7f10
Thanks for the program, I can control fans, just hope to get sensors fixed.
