How to increase Minimum speed ?

Hello,

i am wondering if anybody know how to increase the minimum speed in macs fan control,

now in my macs fan control, the min speed is 1490, i want to increase this to 2300.

but there is no button for configuring that, do I need to configure that by coding ?
