Looks like it reports wrong size for one of your apps. You can locate it by sorting the list by occupied size. 
After locating, press Ctrl+R and tell us please make a screenshot of the entry in Windows Registry

The kernel driver was not changed between 3.5.2 and 3.5.4. You can update the app to 3.5.4 now

Can you try to disable your antivirus app and try again?

Did you use Install Tracker before on this machine?
When it freezes, can you enter Task Manager via Ctrl+Alt+Del?

Setting max speed for any fan doesn't work? Do you have any other fan controlling app installed? Did you try to reset SMC?

SpeedyFox does only VACUUM command on databases. This command doesn't affect the contents of databases

Did you try the app on macOS?

It's a known issue at the moment. if the system decides to not need the fans and smc displays 0rpm, MFC cannot control the fans. Will be solved soon.

on both Windows & macOS MFC works only under administrator account.
