Maybe try to reboot first?

I did a lot of reboots .
I'll do the next steps:
- Make a system restore image with Acronis.
- Do a clean OS install and test.

-Restore previous image with acronis.

I did the steps and UT runing without problems.

i used UT since it was 1.x, it was free, elegant and one of the fastest/lightest programs i knew(i always appreciated this qualities). last version was 1.6.6 and looked like this:

after using automatic translation 50% of your messages are not understandable.
