i have strange behaviour here: if i try to use context menu mark to trace installation, alert pop-ups, saying program can't get access to CisUtMonitor service, and recommending to reinstall. i reinstalled(just for sure), checked if maybe firewall interrupts someway, but found no reason -and alert didn't went away.
but when i tried install through UT interface, installation went smoothly :unknown: what may be the reason?

Please post the exact error message text, your Windows version, 32 or 64 bit, UAC enabled yes/no, other information you consider important.

Please download this exe and replace the original.
Then try installing TerraCopy from context menu one more time.
After that, please send us the UninstallTool.exe.log file located in the program directory.

sorry, can't send anything 'cause if trying to install through context menu, same alert appears, and no log found later. :( by the way, what's strange- the alert pop-ups on my system language, though in UT i set language to english.

yet, after installing UT3beta i found in root of system drive a folder= CrystalIdea Software, with sub-folder Uninstall Tool containing files: DisabledAutoruns.dat, preferences.xml, CachedData.dat.

You should replace the original .exe the one listed above. The log should be in the folder where UninstallTool.exe file is located

i did it. still when trying to launch trace-install from context menu nothing happens except that alert. :unknown: though i checked -service is running.
or did you mean to install through interface after running UT?

and you can ask to add the program to check for updates through a proxy server?

It would be very convenient
