That's again a problem that Uninstall Tool still is 32-bit executable.
Future version of Uninstall Tool should have native x64 executable for complete support of Windows X64
Will fix the issue in 3.0 final

a small request:
would do well to teach the program to check for updates using a proxy server.
this option is available?

I'm sorry, this option is not currently considered.
Try adjusting proxy options in Internet Explorer, it may help.
