Please tell us what problem do you experience, what is Uninstall Tool full version (including build number)? Windows version? 32 or 64 bit?
I personally installed this program with Install Tracker without any issue.

thank you, this will be fixed in next Uninstall Tool versions (this is opera-only related issue)

It will not be very soon
This fix requires driver rebuild and many users will have to reboot their PC.
